About the RoleAre you good with people and able to manage multiple responsibilities at once? Are you solution-oriented and have strong attention to detail? Castle Pierce is in growth mode and is seeking an experienced customer account manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple customer accounts and ensuring their satisfaction. The Customer Account Manager will be responsible for handling large accounts in size and/or complexity with limited sales support. You will need to understand, document, and communicate all requirements, specifications, and agreements on individual projects; including quantity, price, quality, schedule, and delivery. You will be responsible for order entry and providing regular updates to your customer accounts. With a focus on speed to market and family culture our employees can work in a friendly environment that is dedicated to growth and success. Due to our collaborative work environment, this is an onsite position.

responsibilities

What will I do in this role?

  1. Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and completeness in all processes.
  2. Manageaccount growth through effective direct customer relationships, excellent service end to end and performance.
  3. Exercise independent judgement in management of accounts, based on both a high technical understanding of CastlePierce operations and a knowledge of the customer’s needs.
  4. Support sales efforts through data collection, reports and analysis.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external customers, being consistent in exhibiting a positive attitude reflective of the Castle Pierce culture and values.Communicate effectively and professionally.
  6. Special projects as assigned

qualifications

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, plus several years of experience in the printing/packaging industry, with extensive customer contact.
  2. Advanced knowledge level and experience in Microsoft Office Suites.
  3. Motivation to identify and execute continuous improvement
