Customer Service Representative

Are you good with people and able to manage multiple responsibilities at once? Are you solution-oriented and have strong attention to detail? Castle Pierce is in growth mode and is seeking an experienced customer service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple customer accounts and ensuring their satisfaction. You must be able to provide prompt and precise answers to customers’ questions and have extensive knowledge of the packaging industry. You will be responsible for order entry and providing regular updates to your customer accounts. With a focus on speed to market and family culture our employees can work in a friendly environment that is dedicated to growth and success. Due to our collaborative work environment this is an onsite position.
