position overview

Are you great at building relationships with suppliers and able to manage multiple priorities at once? Do you thrive on finding solutions and have strong attention to detail? CastlePierce is in growth mode and is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring the best balance of cost, quality, and delivery timelines. You will document and communicate all requirements, specifications, and agreements, including pricing, quality standards, schedules, and delivery expectations. You’ll manage purchase orders from entry through fulfillment while keeping internal teams updated on order status. With a focus on speed to market and a strong family culture, our employees work in a friendly environment dedicated to growth and success. Due to our collaborative work environment, this is an onsite position.
